Today, Elkton, a city nine miles southwest of Pulaski, which is very close to where I live, had a tornado warning...The warning is still out and the clouds outside look really nasty...Have you ever experienced a visit from a tornado? I love them...I love watching them and taking pictures of them, too. Your adrenalin kicks in and it feels awesome...
UPDATE: Sirens are going off...Gotta get evacuated... UPDATE: Clouds look very, very dangerous and very ominous...I can see some swirling motions in them but temperature isn't rising or falling...

Thanks, man. Everything is ok for now...We have a Severe Thunderstorm Watch but the Tornado Warning was gone... When I lived in Colorado I experienced tornadoes three times...Here's one of my stories: Parker Tornado: I was staying in a friend's vacant house (I had to take care of it because he left for NY for a job meeting) in Parker, a suburb of Denver. The last three days at that house we had tornado warnings but nothing got close to us. On the fourth day it was cloudy, but not too cloudy. At around 6:30 I went to go eat out at a local restraunt, but about ten minutes before I left the house an EAS Warning came up on my small TV in the master bedroom. One tornado had touched down two miles south of Franktown, which was very close to Parker. I came downstairs and went out my back door to look at the sky. There was a funnel cloud. It was oddly shaped, and not like other funnel clouds. I ran the speed of light upstairs and checked the weather channel...Yep, there was definetley a Tornado Warning for Parker! I came back downstairs and looked oustide again. The tornado had touched down. As I sat with a radio in my basement I had found out two other tornadoes are on the ground...One had touched down at 6:00...Wait, I was leaving the house at 6:30...You're gonna tell me there was a tornado on the ground while I was getting dressed?! A few minutes passed and decided it was safe to get up and go check outside to make sure there were no more tornadoes. My radio was crap and wasn't working properly so I turned it off. I checked the back door window - fine. The tornado wasn't there. I walked toward the window near the front door...Slowly opened the blinds...The 6:00 tornado was still on the ground. Damn, it was the scariest thing I have ever seen because it was soooo close...And I must have been looking at it for what seemed like an eternity...I ran back down to the basement and sat there for about an hour... The end. Anyway...Tornadoes in LA, snow in northeastern LA, a yard of snow in Flagstaff, a weak hurricane about to hit in Arizona in the WINTER, tornadoes in the WINTER, many records sent this season...This planet is getting too crazy for me and am thinking about moving to Mars.

I just realized I have the touchdown times a little off...Sorry. This was the first tornado I saw: I think this is the second one I saw (When I left the basement checking the windows): Below are pictures of tornadoes I have saw with my own eyes: The below picture...Scares me...It isn't a tornado but a giant cloud.

Be safe out there man. Over here in Iowa we had an F-5 in Parkersburg. It leveled most of the town. Youtube has some vids on it that are pretty impresive! Check out the footage from inside the Parkersburg bank. I live in a small town n.e. of Des Moines Iowa and the wife and I watch tornadoes every spring in my back yard. I will try and get footage this spring for ya'll!!!

I've never seen a tornado where I live. Although, there was a tornado warning for our area about 5-6 years back, and I was in school, and we had to get into the hall and cover our heads and stuff. It actually touched down about a mile or two away.
And talking about last night; we ended up getting all of that precip in Tennessee in the form of ice here in VA. So it was a pretty slick morning.
